Fiore - James L. of Woburn, formerly of East Boston, passed away on Saturday September 11th, 2010.
Beloved husband of Sylvia M. Petagna.
Loving son of Lena (Serino) Fiore of Revere and the late Vincent Fiore.
Dear brother of Domenic, Joseph and Stephen, all of Revere, and Angela C. Fiore of Peabody.
Adored Godfather of Brian S. Foster of Haverhill, Julia N. Silvestri of Wakefield, and Patrice Hayes-Silvestri.
Also survived by his many cherished nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston on Wednesday September 15th, 2010 at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating James' life in the Sacred Heart Church, 65 Brooks Street, East Boston at 10:00am.
Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
Visiting hours are on Tuesday September 14th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
James was born in Boston in 1946 and grew up in East Boston before moving to Revere, and later to Woburn. He worked for many years as a Diagnostic Engineer in the high technology field. James passed away peacefully in the Lahey Clinic in Burlington on Saturday afternoon surrounded by his loving family. He was 64 years of age.
The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children’s lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample attendant off street parking is also available in our 3 parking lots. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.
Services will conclude with James being laid to rest in the Woodbrook Cemetery in Woburn.
